  • UHD faculty, staff, and student organizations registered with the Student Activities department may reserve the Event room (N420).

  • Rooms may only be reserved up to one (1) month in advance.

  • You must have your UHD photo ID with you when you come to the Library's computer lab (N401) to check out the room.

Welcome to the UHD W.I. Dykes Library!

By making a booking at the UHD Library's Event Room, you confirm that:

  • You agree that this room will be used for University-related purposes only.
  • You agree that this room will be left clean and tidy.
  • You agree that all members of your group leave the room before the card is returned, no later than 10 minutes prior to the Library closing.

Make sure to click every time slot you wish to reserve. Each slot is 30 minutes.

 

As a reminder – All campus events that involve serving food, drinks or food related items require a Food Services Application, which can be completed online, or physically filled and submitted to the Environmental Health & Safety Office (S621/ eh&s@uhd.edu ). Forms need to be submitted seven (7) days prior to event.  Please refer to the “Safety Guidelines for University Sponsored Events” or contact the EH&S office for further questions.
