- A study room may be reserved up to 2 weeks in advance.
- At least 3 group members should be present to check out the room.
- A group of 3 or more may reserve a study room for 3 hours per day (6 blocks, each block is 30 minutes).
- If there are no other bookings, you may extend your reservation once for an additional hour. However, you MUST bring back the access card to the Information desk in order to renew. Otherwise, you will accrue FINES, $5.00 per hour.
- Reservations will be held for 15 minutes after start time.
- Your room assignment may change.
- You must have your UHD photo ID with you when you come to the Library's computer lab (N401) to check out the room.
